The child’s Date of Birth should fall within the dates mentioned below::
Nursery : 01/04/2021 to 31/03/2022
LKG : 01/04/2020 to 31/03/2021
UKG : 01/04/2019 to 31/03/2020
Class 1 : 01/04/2018 to 31/03/2019
For other classes (II to VIII) it is mandatory to submit the transfer certificate
form the school attended last with PEN No. (permanent education number)
of the child at the time of admission
The particulars of the child (i.e. Name, Parent’s Name and Date of Birth)
should be filled in correctly. The date of birth filled in the form must tally
with the one recorded in the Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Muncipal
Authority as well as the Maternity Hospital / Clinic.
Name & D.O.B of the child is same as mentioned in Aadhar Card of the child,
failing in which admission will be cancelled.
Name of both the parents on the birth certificate should be same as on their
Aadhar Card
Incomplete form will not be processed.
The duly filled application form is available subject to the clearance of your
payment within two days.
At the time of submission of application form it is mandatory to attach all the
necessary documents which are mentioned below.
Copy of Birth Certificate from the Municipal corporation / Nagar Nigam
(mandatory for all the classes with report card of last given exam).
Proof of Address: Aadhar Card / Ration Card / Election Card / Electricity Bill.
A proper recent photograph of the entire family (parents and all the children)
taken during last six months only.
Copy of Aadhar card of father and mother and the child.
Sibling’s (not cousins) school document, if studying in this school.
Parents are requested to kindly note the date of interaction with the principal.
Both Parents accompanied by candidate must attend the interaction
(applicable for Nursery & LKG only). Hard copy of acknowledgement receipt
is necessary on the day of interaction.
There will be an entrance test for the candidates intending to take admission
in class UKG to VIII. Hard copy of acknowledgement receipt is necessary on
the day of interaction.
The Management of the School reserve the rights of Admission or Rejection
