Online Registration Forms will be available on the School Website www.bmcschoollko.com (from 15th Sep 2025 onwards). Printout of the same should be deposited in the School Office on any working day between 08.00 am and 12.00 noon. Application fee Rs. 1000/- (online payment).

The child’s Date of Birth should fall within the dates mentioned below:

Nursery : 01/04/2022 to 31/03/2023 (Age Group 3+ Years)

LKG : 01/04/2021 to 31/03/2022 (Age Group 4+ Years)

UKG : 01/04/2020 to 31/03/2021 (Age Group 5+ Years)

Class 1 : 01/04/2019 to 31/03/2020 (Age Group 6+ Years)

For other classes (II to VIII) it is mandatory to submit the transfer certificate from the school attended last with PEN No. (Permanent Education Number) of the child at the time of admission.

The particulars of the child (i.e. Child’s Name, Parent’s Name and Date of Birth) should be filled in correctly. The Date of Birth filled in the form must tally with the one recorded in the Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Government as per Form No. 5.

Name & Date of Birth of the child must be same as mentioned in the Aadhar Card of the child, failing which admission will be cancelled.

Name of both the parents on the Birth Certificate must be same as on their Aadhar Card.

Incomplete form will not be processed.

The duly filled application form is available subject to the clearance of your payment within two days.

At the time of submission of application form it is mandatory to attach all the necessary documents which are mentioned below:

• Copy of Birth Certificate from the Government Form No. 5 (mandatory for all the classes) with report card of last given exam.
• Proof of Address: Aadhar Card / Ration Card / Election Card / Electricity Bill.
• Three recent passport size photographs of the child.
• A proper recent photograph of the entire family (parents and all the children) taken during last six months only.
• Copy of Aadhar card of father and mother and the child.
• Sibling’s (not cousins) school document, if studying in this school.

Parents are requested to kindly note the date of interaction with the Principal. Both parents accompanied by the candidate must attend the interaction (applicable for Nursery & LKG only). Hard copy of acknowledgement receipt is necessary on the day of interaction.

There will be an entrance test for the candidates intending to take admission in class UKG to VIII. Hard copy of acknowledgement receipt is necessary on the day of interaction.

The Management of the School reserves the right of Admission or Rejection and is not bound to give any reason for the same.

After filling the online registration form properly, you will get the option to make the payment.

After successful payment, you will get the option to download the registration form.

After downloading the registration form, you have to submit a copy of it in the school office along with the child's Date of Birth Certificate, Aadhar Card, mark sheet and a copy of the mother’s and father's Aadhar card.
